About WF Racing

WF Racing started in 1993, building schooling fences for racehorse trainers from a base in North Yorkshire. What began as a response to a practical need grew steadily from there. By 2000 the business had become a limited company and moved to its current site at Broken Brea Farm, Easby, near Richmond.

The range has expanded considerably over the years. We now manufacture and supply racecourse fences, hurdles, schooling equipment, gallop rails, cross-country fences, stabilisation mats and a range of associated products. Our equipment is at courses including York, Chester, Goodwood, Haydock, Kempton and Musselburgh, and on training grounds at Newmarket, Lambourn, Malton and Middleham.

We work with trainers across the UK and Ireland, including some well-known names in the sport. A significant part of what we do is also bespoke: customers who need something that does not exist in a standard range come to us, describe what they are after, and we build it.

Standard products can be ordered directly. For bespoke work, we talk through what is needed, agree a design and confirm the specification before anything is built. You will deal with people who know the products well and understand what you are trying to achieve. Lead times are confirmed at point of order.
