PVC covers and padding manufactured to your specification
Racecourses and training yards do not always work with standard dimensions. If your hurdles, rails or kickboards are non-standard sizes, or if you need a specific colour that the standard range does not include, WF Racing can manufacture PVC covers and padding to order. We have been making PVC racecourse equipment since the mid-1990s and can accommodate most custom requests at a realistic price.
What We Can Make to Order
Non-standard sizes
If your hurdle frames are not a standard size, send us the dimensions and we will manufacture covers or padding to fit. We need the frame width, height and lip depth to produce a correct fit.
Custom rail padding lengths
Rail padding for non-standard rail profiles or for rails that have been cut or modified — we cut to your required length.
Specific colour requirements
If your course colours are not standard white or green, we can discuss what colour options are available in the PVC stock we use.
Our Custom Design Process
Brief & consultation
Tell us what you have in mind, your course, your level, intended use, any references. We’ll talk through what’s possible and what to consider.
Design & quote
We work up drawings, dimensions and material options (natural birch, plastic birch, timber finish) and put together a detailed quote and lead time.
Build in Yorkshire
Once you approve the design, your fence is hand-built at our North Yorkshire workshop using the same construction standards as our standard range.
Delivery & install
We deliver across the UK and Ireland, with installation support available on request. Your fence arrives ready to use on your course.
